Shipping charges 

All orders are sent by the Deutsche Post or DHL. The shipping charges are calculated automatically. All prices in Euro, based on the current scale of rate of the Deutsche Post AG. It is not possible to collect any orders free of shipping costs from our office or our fair stands, we are sorry. The corresponding shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart before the order is sent. Unfortunately, we can only offer our goods in the webshop with VAT. We are too small (no Amazon) and the expense is out of all proportion to the result. Thank you for your comprehension. 

Each parcel offers a tracking, the corresponding link is provided in the ordering process.
Small, flat orders are sent by letter post withount any tracking.
Parcels are sent climate-neutral within Germany.

Delivery time

Throughout Germany we deliver within 2 to 10 business days.
Throughout Europe we deliver within 10 to 15 business days.
Globally we deliver within 10 to 25 business days.
