Right of withdrawal
Regarding the right of withdrawal, the EU-Directive on consumer rights 2011/83/EU has been in force since 13 June 2014.
According to this, you have the right to return received goods for whatever reason.
It is necessary that you clearly inform us about your decision to withdraw from the purchase.
In conformity with the directive, we refund the full purchase price as well as the shipping charges for the delivery.
In principle, we also accept the withdrawal of only part of the order.
However, shipping costs cannot be refunded in this case.
We will refund the money after we received the return.
This right of withdrawal ends at the latest within 14 days after receipt of the delivery.
The buyer bears the costs for the return delivery.
