Shipping

We ship all the order with DHL.

The shipping costs* are calculated automatically, you can see them in the shopping cart, before submitting the order.
These consist of:

- the current prices from DHL (calculates according to weight)
- a small packaging fee
- taxes* and fees
- the basic fee for the payment process

Since we pass the costs on to you almost 1:1 and don't "hide" any shipping costs in the product price, there is no "free shipping from ...".
We simply consider this handling to be the fairest way to bill shipping costs.

It's not possible to pick up orders from our fair booths free of shipping costs.

Tip for customers outside of Europe: It can be significantly cheaper for you to make several small orders, instead of one large one!

All shipments generally offer shipment tracking, you will receive the corresponding link with the shipping confirmation or find it in your CundCo-profile for the respective order.
For small shipments we use DHL goods mail, here DHL only speaks of "conditional shipment tracking". We therefore ask for your understanding if the tracking doesn't work 100%.

Unfortunately, delivery times are difficult to predict as they depend on many factors.
Here are the maximum delivery times that should occur:

- thoughout Germany up to 2 weeks
- Europe-wide up to 4 weeks
- worldwide up to 8 weeks

If your shipment takes longer or absolutely nothing happens with tracking, please write an e-mail.

* For shipments outside the EU, customs duties and other taxes may be added. The recipient is responsible for paying these. These are not billed via CundCo.
