Shipping

We ship all the order with DHL.

The shipping costs are calculated automatically. You can see them in the shopping cart, before submitting the order. These consist of:
- the current prices from DHL (calculated according to weight)
- a small packaging fee
- taxes and fees
- the basic fee for the payment process
Since we pass the costs on to you 1:1 and do not “hide” any shipping costs in the product price, there is no “free shipping from …”. We simply consider this handling to be the fairest way to bill shipping costs.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect orders from our fair booths free of shipping costs.
Tip for customers outside of Europe: It can be significantly cheaper for you to make several small orders, instead of one large one!

All shipments generally offer shipment tracking, you will receive the corresponding link with the shipping confirmation. For small shipments we use DHL goods mail, here DHL only speaks of “conditional shipment tracking”. We therefore ask for your understanding if the tracking does not work 100%.

Unfortunately, delivery times are difficult to predict as they depend on many factors. Here are the maximum delivery times that should occur:
- Throughout Germany up to 2 weeks
- Europe-wide up to 4 weeks
- Worldwide up to 8 weeks
