We reserve the right to cancel orders or individual items that do not comply with the rules. The same applies if the item is not clearly described.
Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that all the parts you need will be available. If parts are not available, we will refund the corresponding payment.
The rules:
The total quantity of spare parts is limited to 30 pieces, this also applies to multiple orders. If you need more, please contact ourservice.
If you need several different spare parts, please put this item in the shopping cart several times.
This article is for small spare parts (max 5€ bill size). For larger parts, please contact us or choose the right spare part item.
It is not possible to order more spare parts than are normally included in a game.
We only deliver individual spare parts, no (almost) complete sets or games, not even divided into several orders! That's because we only get our spare parts from the regular game boxes, unfortunately we can't produce individual spare parts either. You are welcome to write to us if an exception is possible in your case.
Unfortunately, there may be slight color, size, and shape differences in replacement parts. We cannot guarantee a 100% match to your game here.

Carcassonne landscape tiles are regular limited to 10 pieces, this also applies to multiple orders. If you need more, please write to us.
This item is intended solely to replace lost or damaged tiles, not to add to the collection. If we have the suspicion that it is not a question of spare parts, we will cancel the order or the corresponding articles.
